Kattrina Strothmann

Financial Planner

At a young age, I was drawn to the financial field through discussions with a couple of family friends who worked in financial planning and stockbroking. Throughout my youth, I became increasingly interested in budgeting and investing, starting my first part-time job at 13 and fervently saving every penny possible. Ultimately, I decided to pursue education in financial planning and I completed a diploma in Financial Services in my home town of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. With a desire to explore the world, I moved to the Gold Coast, Australia, to complete my degree in Economics at Griffith University.

Following university, I settled in England with my partner. I joined the Ifamax team in July 2018 and became a fully qualified financial adviser through the CII in 2020. I am currently studying to become a Chartered Financial Planner.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling as much as possible, good food and wine, and fostering cats through a local rescue.
